    No, the game will still be available to play if you add it to your steam account, even after the 24 hours.
    The only thing that expires is that people won't be able to get the game for free anymore, so if you don't get it now, you need to pay for it

    To be honest, I'm not really sure what you're asking for. If you want the game, just press the button that's supposed to install the game. The game will then be added to your steam library
