    Viktor wins without any questions... full package, burst, waveclear, long range poke, zoning/cc with his w, only problem is that he lacks mobility but at least he has some bonus ms when he procs empowered autoattack on his Q spell

    Yea Viktor should eat tailyah, just use E to poke and wave clear and she cant get near you, and because he has ulty as dmg ability and she doesnt, Viktor is in huge advantage
