    Download CCleaner.

    Then tick all of the box's in the "Windows" tab, except for: Thumbnail Cache, DNS Cache, FTP Accounts, Old Prefetch data, Windows size/Location Cache, Custom Files and Folders, Wipe Free Space.

    I would also tick all of the box's in the "Applications" tab to, be-warned though...If you tick the box's that says "Cookies", it will clear your progress in stuff like online browser based games. Unless you go to: Options>Cookies, Then click the ones you want saved then click the arrow that looks like this ->, It will then save those cookies in the list to the left.

    And then click Run, should speed up your computer :)
