    Welcome to GameOgre.com's Game Wars Forum Event. This event will be about discussing and reviewing the best and worst in online gaming. Playing games on GameOgre will represent the action. Items for points will be continually added throughout the event.

    Duration:

    June 16th - August 18th

    Rewards:
    Top 5 Members Will Win Prizes.

    1st Place: $20 Ultimate Gift Card
    2nd Place: $10 Ultimate Gift Card
    3rd Place: 3500 Forum Points
    4th Place: 2500 Forum Points
    5th Place: 1500 Forum Points

    Rules:

    1. Post here to join this event.
    2. You have to post in the thread whatever you did to earn points.
    3. Anybody who makes over 1000 points and places in the top 5 will double their prize.
    4. Extra comments will be removed from this event. If needed, you can start a discussion thread about this event separately.

    Point System:

    Forum

    Making your own best of or worst of list. You must start the list with your own 5 picks for that topic. = 25 Points (limit 3 per day)

    Responding with picks for somebody else's list = 5 Points (limit 10 per day)

    Best or worst lists with over 10 replies = 50 Points

    Answering a game or MMO request in detail with link to the games review page (accurate answers) = 25 Points (limit 4 per day)

    Having a MMO Request page with over 10 replies = 35 Points

    Making a new MMO Request page = 15 points (limit 4 per day)

    Voting on http://www.gameogre.com/forums/best-worst-games/18548-best-game-month-august.html = 20 Points (only once)

    10 Forum Game Posts (six times per day max and different forum games) = 10 Points

    Starting a new game-related forum game (ie. Hot or Not Games) = 10 Points (max 2 per day)

    Voting and commenting at http://www.gameogre.com/forums/online-game-battles/18701-rusty-hearts-vs-dragon-nest.html = 20 points.

    Reviews

    One review that is at least two good sentences = 20 Points (max 5 in one day)

    One review over 50 Words = 30 Points

    One review over 100 Words = 45 Points

    One review over 250 Words = 75 Points

    Winning Review of the Week = 125 points

    Adding one new MMORPG or Browser Game to the Directory = 10 Points (quality games only, no flash games)

    Blog

    Commenting at Top Ten Free MMORPG List = 30 Points

    Vote and comment on the current Online Shooter Showdown battle at = 30 Points

    Comments on Best of E3 2011 = 25 Points

    On-topic comment for any MMORPG Blog post = 20 Points (max 2 per day, no repeats).

    Triple Triad

    Beating the Ogre King = 50 Points
    Participating in a tournament = 50 points
    Win a 4 person tournament = 250 Points
    Win an 8 person tournament = 500 points
    Four Triple Triad Replays = 10 Points

    Ogre Wars

    Joining Ogre Wars or already playing = 50 Points

    Becoming Ogre Warlord = 100 Points

    Arcade

    Getting a new high score in the arcade (only once per game) = 25 Points

    Winning an Arcade Tournament with 4 people = 12 points

    Winning an Arcade Tournament with 8 people = 20 points
