    ADC thresh isn't such a good idea cuz of his range. Toplane thresh, on the other hand can be quite good. You can build him AD with maybe just a little AP, and he can be a strong champ for toplane. There are mostly not ranged champs so you can harras em. Try it out. :)

    Since he doesn't need damage(because he is support), but he has it(E's passive), using exhaust will be better, definetly.
