Thresh or Morgana

Very good Thresh. He has a stronger engage and decent peal, especially pre 6. A good Morgana would be able to keep her ADC alive, but win the lane? Hardly.

 

Thresh is better.

The same,the sinergy with your AD Carry matters.In the laning phase they both match up equally but the skirmishes and teamfights matter the most.There it's about protecting your most vulnerable teammates.
Thresh can separate enemies from allies with his ultimate and can protect his AD Carry by using Flay.He has decent engage with the hook which stuns the enemy for some 1,5 seconds.
On the other hand Morgana's binding in teamfight can be game-winning.If she cathes let's say Kog Maw with the binding he will most likely insta die.Also,her ultimate can stun multiple targets for 1,5 seconds.The greatest thing about morgana is her shield which can totally win a game.If you put that shield on to Katarina she will rek the **** out of the other team =GG

Morgana is far better in my opinion.

It depends on your adc, but i think that tresh is better for laning phase and morg for tf.
