    Well there are two different ways (that I use).

    Way #1: Shoot your footage, put it in something like Sony Vegas, Windows movie maker etc etc. Edit it up a bit (gotta make it look nice :p), then record your voice separately, going over the footage (then add it to your video). Render it and then save :D

    Way #2 (a lot easier): Shoot your footage, and while you are taking it, talk as you go along with the gameplay (make sure your mic in enabled). Edit, render/save...rinse and repeat.
