What champions need buffed/nerfed?

Well she should be probably nerfed, but I disagree that she has got guaranteed kills, for example try playing with fizz or morgana, you can counter lb easy

 

Watch she dont need nerf
She usually baned on ranked
She is champion who make for 1v1 but low for TF
Yeah she can kill you on start but you must have tactic
Must play defensive and to try to farm
Attack her from range if can
She is hard champion to farm

LeBlanc is a very skill based champion, yes it's easy to burst down someone in laning phase but to be efficient in game and teamfight you need to be a really expirienced with her and that takes a lot of practice. And if you know how she work it will be much easier to lane againts her. So I don't really think that she needs a nerf.

i dont think she needs a nerf ofc she does deal a lot of dmg in early game also in TF she can chase the low hp or the best option is to kill adc but never the less she is easy to counter like mordekaiser fizz sion and etc. and as said before she is in ost games banned but dont know actually why... long story short i dont think she needs a nerf

I don't really think she needs a nerf. Just play Zed, you know that she will all in you on lvl 2 or 3 so just jump away with you shadow and return the damage. for example when she jumps on you just put your shadow on the place where she started, and if she goes back to that spot you return the damage, also you have to be careful to not get silenced, when she throws her q at you fall back

I don't think she needs nerf because she paid the great laning phase for a weak teamfighting phase, but on the other hand, lb is just a champ that needs skill, for example, if you get overcommited to kills, you will miss cs and fall behind, ofc if your opponent knows how to deal with you, on the second hand, in teamfights you really have to be too good to make smth happen, to make your self usefull... that takes a lot of practice... so i think that she definatly needs no nerf

 

She is strong early game but late game not so much. I think Riot should do to her same thing they did to Renekton
