    Im pretty sure I'm ok with just A/C, 4 walls, and a roof. I pretty much described my dorm :). However, I also need electricity to run my...
    -Refrigerator
    -Waterbed
    -Dishwasher
    -Computer
    -Clock
    -Phone
    -"Dancing Trump Sign" hanging from my balcony
    -Security Cameras
    -Lights

    So somewhat contradicted my statement on the beginning ;)

    A house that doesn't cost way too much (to rent or buy) with room for my furniture, appliances, good heating and air conditioning and location of the house must be somewhat near to my place where i work and stores that i go for food, clothing etc.
