    I like both, since 2D has something that's good for 2D only and same for 3D

    There's no both option, but If you like both state a reason below like I did there.

    Maplestory is 2D and have a well developed story and dragon nest is 3D but needs a solid storyline.

    I prefer 3D MMORPGs because they're more immersive, you can explore a lot more, you can appreciate the graphics a lot more, and they're more popular.
