    Xerath is a killing machine that has big burst damage from distance.

    Well Gragas cant match him on the lane, but as a jungler he can do much better.
    Xerath is a good mid laner and he has nice wave clear.
    I would say that Gragas is way better, his ultimate can acutally save adc in middle of team fight and thats why i go with him :)
