Yas ofc, more mobile and he can carry easy, also his W can block all dmg from Heim

 

Probably Yasuo if his reflexes aren't reflexes of a snail (do snails even react?). Reason: high possibility he will dodge Heimer's beans, laser 'n' stuff with E or just block it with W so... Also, If he catches Heimer somewhere where he doesn't have turrets, you'll hear "An Enemy has been slain"

Yasuo, Heimerdinger can't engage and he is really boring.. Fed Yasuo can really carry games hard, and he is really fun to play.

 

1v1 game yasuo wont win there is no way that yasuo can stay on lane longer than heimer he wil lose hp and he dont have range to kill turrets 1 turret is 20 mana so there is no point loosing 200 hp for 1 turret or loosing windwall in trading for 1 small turret, alost heimer wont use w when he know yasuo got windwall so he will just put his q on ground and +3 turrets yasuo cant pass them so heimer push to win + if yasuo try to engage there is min 1/2 turrets + 1 big turrets + exhaust +zhonya if he dont die he will escape with 100 hp whil heimer will push his turret kinda easy.That why i dont agree with you.

 

HEIMER GUNS -_- .He is better

 

Never said he will win in lane, I just said he will sustain more because he could dodge most of his skillshots. He wont engage, because you don't engage solo versus Heimer(or duo versus fed Heimer) and I'm pretty sure that Heimer is one of the champs which lose mana really quickly. Anyway, we could spend all the day talking about this matchup and possibilities, and if we ever get the result, it wont be 100% correct on the Rift. Maybe one of them is a really bad player?
Btw. About that part with Zhonya and Exhaust... after activating them, you have to wait before doing it again and you can't use them in 100% of situations. Also, you need money for Zhonya. :^)

 

u can be safe until u get zhonya and its only 3 mins to get them again like recal and lil poke then u can go offansive again
