Byond is pretty fun, the rpg's are usually based on small RPG's, and also I found a lot of them based on Fable. They usually look like Pokemon(The graphics and gameplay) and they're fun to play if you are just playing for 5-30 minutes.

Game Maker

It is a simple program for making games for Windows, it can make about any 2d game you want, and can do some 3d if you have the pro version (but it isn't too great at 3d), it can also do online too with pro.

With it, you don't even need to learn to code, as it uses a system of dragging and dropping icons as a alternative.
