GameOgre.com experienced Terraria as a community again last week. This time there was probably even more members and NPCs. I went exploring in the opposite direction to see what I could find. However, this exploring was cut short due to a pirate invasion that was launched and they were headed directly towards me. Thankfully, I made it back before the battle got too bad. The only problem is that they entered our houses with ease.
As can be seen in the screenshots above, we had some very colorful help. Despite being action packed and very intense, the Ogre Clan finally beat the pirates. Even better, I found a dropped Keen Cutlass from one of the pirates that is now my best weapon so far. In fact, you can see it on the bottom image in that little pond to the right of our houses. With my trusty cutlass, I can one hit most of the regular mobs that I come across now.
After the exciting pirate battle, time dragged a little even though we did face the monster eyeball shown above. There was an attempt to face Goblins next, but we were unable to set that one up yet. Maybe we can show the goblins what Ogres are made of like we did the pirates last week.
I think Terraria is one of the next games I wanna try out, I heard it’s better to play with friends or other people though.
It sure looks like it. I haven’t bought the game either yet, but maybe at some point i will get to it.
No one will mess with the Ogres!
