Comment: A great game, with an innovative turn-based battle system. It is also the only MMORPG I know of that uses such a system. However, Darkfall is a funner, more innovative, freer game, so Atlantica cannot win against Darkfall for sure.

Comment: Darkfall: A huge, seamless world with no invisible barriers. A more realistic skills system replacing the age-old level system. Very innovative control for an MMORPG, you need to aim your own attacks, no auto-attack I'm afraid. A completely free PvP system, where you can be attacked any time. All making a game that beats out Atlantica Online for sure.

Tremulous
|
Tremulous is a free, open source game that blends a team based FPS with elements of an RTS. Players can choose from 2 unique races, aliens and humans. Players on both teams are able to build working structures in-game like an RTS. These structures provide many functions, the most important being spawning. The designated builders must ensure there are spawn structures or other players will not be able to rejoin the game after death. Other structures provide automated base defense (to some degree), healing functions and much more...
Player advancement is different depending on which team you are on. As a human, players are rewarded with credits for each alien kill. These credits may be used to purchase new weapons and upgrades from the 'Armoury'. The alien team advances quite differently. Upon killing a human foe, the alien is able to evolve into a new class. The more kills gained the more powerful the classes available.
The overall objective behind Tremulous is to eliminate the opposing team. This is achieved by not only killing the opposing players but also removing their ability to respawn by destroying their spawn structures.

These Heroes will follow the player through savage coasts, ancient monuments, and poisonous deserts during an epic story that spans twenty missions and hundreds of quests. And for the ultimate one-on-one challenge, competitive players can choose to enter the new Hero vs. Hero Battles, where they group with a custom team of Heroes and fight against other players from around the world and their customized groups of Heroes.

The graphics are great but the bad part is....
IT IS NOT 3D! Its a side scrolling game where you battle w/ other players or NPCs.You can team up w/ other players to defeat enemy bosses and finish missions.The game has a poor replayability though but playing it over and over again w/ different players becomes fun because it has a good community.
Sound:3/10 the sound is kinda irritating(***ish)
