    At all, I just want to say that you must respect and listen other players in the team if you expect to they listen to you :)

    Everybody makes mistakes, but we must try to make less mistakes each game :)

    It's really hard to whole team come and then just disscuss about strategy.
    I think it's not need, when we are Bronze team, but if we go in Silver and when we have mataches and fight for Gold, then we can practice that.

    I think for now, it's impossible to do that. :) We are just one small ordinary team of the avarage players... :)

    Ok, my name is CroManjonacXXL.

    I play midlane with Anivia and Kata mostly (will play with fizz if he gets back normal). Toplane with Volibear, Garen or sometimes Nasus. I can do support with Leona/Sona and adc with Caitlyn. I'm not really a good jungler, so I wouldn't prefer that.

    I disagree that u dont need that, even for bronze team that can be rly useful and that u should do it ASAP, So when u enter gold u will have that strategies perfected, instead start learning them. Imagine that u do rly good invade and get 2 kills, of prevent one that will cost u early advantage.
    U can do that even with 3-4 ppl at the time, just take one or 2 subbs and do it.
    There are many useful things that must be learned, and makes team even better
