    how can i enter pbe server,and what is it actually is it some kind of beta testing for upcoming patches and updates or what?

    You can't enter to PBE but if someobe have acc or you have PBE acc you just need to download client..

    It's some kind of testing new things and patches :).

    I think there is a place where you can admit your account settings to participate to be on PBE server, or it was once. Just find a man who would give you account and enjoy :D

    PBE is basically buggy version of incoming patch, good only to check new champs or skins, at least i do that. I think that u can ask for acc on LOL site, u have link for PBE there, cant miss it

    I think a friend told me u need to apply somewhere on LoL site, like send a request or something and if they approve your application u get PBE account. Something like that. Try asking League support. :)
