    Hearthstone Tournament 14

    Size:

    16 players per tournament (or 8, 4 if needed)

    Tournament Rules:

    • Best of 3
    • Non-EU region players may require the use of starter decks (if no custom has ever been used starting with 14) for them and opponent. (set at sign ups, locked for tournament)
    • EU Server
    • US Server can be used if both players agree too, either player says no then it's no.
    • Screenshot the victory

    • Any kind of disagreements will be settled by Ogreman.
    • Predictions will be allowed before the matches officially start.
    Rewards

    1st Place (4 players) - 5k Points and a Medal

    1st Place (8 players) - 7.5k Points and a Medal

    2nd Place (8 players) - 2.5k Points

    3rd Place (8 players) - 1k Points

    1st Place (16 players) - 10k Points and a Medal

    2nd Place (16 Players) - 5k Points

    3rd Place (8 players) - 1k Points

    As i see this rule, it means that if you are from EU server u cant force some1 who is from EU to play with starter deck

    Basically EU players go back to using whatever deck they wish. The new rule only applies to other regions Americas, Asia and China since the tournament is played on EU and these other players would be region locked. They can force starter deck for their matches but they have to say so at sign ups and they can't switch back to custom at any point after the tournament starts.

    The idea is region locked players shouldn't have to reinvest all the time they may have put into their origin server just to compete. Therefore they can invoke a level playing field by forcing starter decks. Then I've also added on a few safe guards to prevent exploiting it.
