    One of the upsides for this would be that it would be a different member each time:).

    if someone will say , by voting... ill immediately say NO.. it will be unfair TBH... so maybe the best way by letting him do some obstacles like... being active for a week and posting atleast 20 posts in any forum per day in 1 Week.. When he/she Finish those obstacles he/she can get a Special Award and have a Chance to Win A Special Prize at the End of The Month and also Can get A Special Badge(Permanent) or what u call that small thing below your name rank when you post something... If he Finish that Obstacle for in a week he can get maybe forum points or maybe a badge(not Permanent Badge, maybe for a Month only)....
