8 hours of sleep replenishes all my energy but sometimes I'll only get 6 or 7 hours cause of work and I gotta prepare myself or other factors.

During my hardcore years in college I slept 5 to 6 hours during weekdays and maybe 10 hours on saturday and sunday. Now I usually get like 8 hours.

Perhaps around 7-9 hours of sleep? I'm not too sure.

Usually good with 5 hours of sleep depending on my schedule, but I can always sleep for a lot more.

Not enough. I always feel like I can get more hours in--but if I do that nothing would ever get done.

I wanna say at least 10 hours is good for me.

That is a lot of hours. If you don't feel wake enough after that amount of sleep, then you need to do something else to wake you up.

After Daylight Saving Time last Sunday, I've started waking up early. Haven't changed when I sleep whatsoever, so it's likely my biological clock telling me to wake up early. Not so surprised though.
