Favorite Helm/ Hood

Ebon Talon Helmet,Necromancer Hood,Crimson Battle Mage Cowl and the Chronomancer Helm/Hood. Probably have more helms/hoods that i like!!!! I mean who doesnt???

 

Crown of twigs, patched hat and brain slime are my favorite. There was also an unobtainable helmet that staff members used back in closed beta that look like a police siren.

 

I don't have it though ;o

Mine is dravir head which also matches the colour of your characters skin

Crown of Twigs is my favorite helm because it has a lot of sentimental value for me and I like that dricken that's just chilling on top of it.

 

I'm not into helms and hoods much, but I kinda like the cool Inferno Helm and Dragon Berserker Helm design. Though, I don't see myself wearing them as a cosmetic since they're not really my style.

 

I personally love Darkon's debris 22 helm, the latest addition !

 

I mostly wore invisible helm most my time then it was the eternal legion flame helm, then I got the halo of hue & fallen halo of hue an now they’ve my favourite helms until I get the lightning one.

 

What was your go-to helm before you started using Invisible Helm? Can you recall what it was?

 

I think the vast majority of people enjoy helms where they can show their face. That seems to hold true especially in AQWorlds. And it might just be psychological, because human interaction tends to be face to face. Personally I think helmets, like the ones that cover your face, takes away some of that aspect of personality. And if AE ever introduces face customization where we can change our expression (and more hair color and hair styles), that would definitely affect players' choice to favor helms that show faces.

 

Yeah you’re right I think it’s because I like to actually see the toons face guess that’s why I liked the eternal flame helm an my halo of hues as they show my face, just hope they implement vampire visage into the facial customization when you have claimed it as a drop.

 

We don't really have face animation either outside of cutscenes which would be great to have. More mouths as a customization option would open up more possibilities which many would take advantage of.

 

Probably wouldn't be that difficult to implement since they do have those facial expressions from cutscenes already made. If anything, they could turn them into emotes since it wouldn't really make sense to have some facial expressions appear for a long time. An option for how we customize our face would give the player more life.

 

Yeah, emotes could definitely use some facial expressions because all of them do lack that.

yes i have both halo of lightning and lightning cloud. 5 clouds dropped to me in a month. idk how i was so lucky there hehe
