    lol this game must be a ripoff of Utopia then? It matches everything but the developer:

    Taken from Utopia's website:

    + Income : +25%
    + Science Effectiveness : +30%
    + Defensive Specialist Strength : +1
    - Magic Effectiveness : -25%
    Specific Spellbook – Greater Protection, Aggression

    Utopia races are: humans, elves, dwarves, orcs, gnomes and dark elves

    They stated Utopia was made in 1998... a year off but everything else matches.
