Just wanted to say good bye to a great game company that is now gone. Not only did I once own stock in it, but I played many of its games including the Wrestling franchise and Red Faction. Has anybody else played their games?

Its always sad to see a company go like this.. I've played Red Faction, Saints Row Series, Tetris Worlds, quite a few wrestling games, and a few others I cannot quite remember at the moment..

    R.I.P. THQ

It's sad, especially with how many good games THQ has put out. It looks like most of THQ's top development teams got bought up by other Publishers so at least not everyone is losing a job and hopefully some the the main THQ franchises will continue on.

One notable development house that didn't get picked up is Vigil and it's Darksiders IP. They are apparently closing due to no bids, THQ has said they will try to sell them or at least the Darksiders IP again. Red Faction also didn't get picked up which is a huge shame, such a good series... aside from the most recent game. :(

They made a huge mistake with uDraw, costing them something like 100 million and just couldn't recover.

Well the good news is most of the THQ games found a buyer , sadly one of my favourite series did not.

    RIP THQ and Darksiders.

Not in the first round but THQ has said it will try again in the next couple weeks. Platinum Games has said they are interested but they want it "cheap", not sure how long THQ can sit on it or if anyone else is interested but at least they have one buyer.
