Free MMORPG like World of Warcraft

    Free Realms and Perfect World aren't terribly similar to WoW, especially Free Realms which is different in nearly every aspect.
    Runes of Magic as mentioned above is incredibly similar imo, but one game that really reminded me of WoW was Allods Online, at least in terms of art style.It's the same but different if you know what i mean.
    depending on your system, RoM and Allods are your best choices, but RoM is a little demanding in terms of system specs. (at least for my dino-age computer)

    F2P version of WoW = Allods Online

    Yes, there are raids that you do at endgame to get legendary items.

    IMO allods is the best "wowclone" if you haven't played it you have to give it a try, nothing I've played comes as close

    How About Final Fantasy 11?

    May I recommend Final Fantasy 11? The game is outdated but it is being consistenly updated by the developers and the game comes with 30 day Free Trial. This game also has very good graphics. It is a subscription-based game but the monthly fee you have to pay is well worth it. Final Fantasy 14 is the latest version out but it is flawed by many bugs which is being fixed by the developers.

    I gotta say Finale Fantasy is nothing like World of Warcraft
    1. Finale Fantasy 11 came out a year before (Oct 2003), I watched many of my linkshell mates leave to go play Wow when it came out (Nov 2004), because it was much easier to play, being able to have more then one linkpearl was nice, switching between "guilds/clans" to get more to party.

    2. FFXI has much more detailed crafting system,storyline, a house to grow flowers in, and such
    Its just really not comparable.

    3. Its not free , Op asked for a free mmorpg

    Even after the years has passed Runes of Magic is still close to it
    Free unless you buy cash shop items
    I didn't get far into Allods

    Being that LotRo is now free / cash shop / sub scribe Thats good as well
    but the PVP in that is with your Monster Characters instead and it can get pretty good.
