    Is ryze the best low ip ap ?

    The question is: Is Ryze the best LOW COST IP champ for mid i think for his cost (450 ip) he is very good, maybe better than some champs that cost more !
    What do you think, who is the best champ ap, for lowest IP posible ? ;)

    The price doesn't mean quality in League Of Legends. Per example they release a new champion witch sucks and has no use in the game the price will still be 6300 after one week. The price is about release date for the most champions and I don't know why Galio is still 4800 ip.

    Yes you are right, and look: Vel Koz came out, he was played 2-3 weeks and now i don't see him at all, and you're right about galio, riot should make him 1350 beacause he is not that op, for that price and he would be more played ;)
