    She is not nerfed in recent history , i dislike both of them and they are at different roles i suggest you not to buy them .. Sejuani has really weak early game and clears pretty bad while I never played Viktor and i hardly ever see him ingame so i think he's bad im not sure..

    She wasn't nerfed in the last patches...I think Sejuani is more usefull champ overall,but if you are a mid player you should buy viktor...

    Its relly fun, I like her ulti :3 , that aoe dmg is incredible. Also i think its best jungler, can clear bottom lane in gankes adc+support both in one gank :sombrero:
