    Instead of moving to VB4 or VB5, we may just move to Xenforo for a lighter more mobile forum:). There is even a tool to make the transition very easy.

    With that in mind, we are looking for plugins that will take the place of stuff here and plugins that could make the forum even better:).

    I don't think that video directory will work as it's not embedding youtube videos. It's for uploading which means you'd have to own the video yourself, which really limits what can be uploaded legally. I'm not really seeing an alternative that's like the current one but it looks like Youtube embedding is build in to the forum software itself so sounds like at least videos can be posted still. We'll have to see how it works and if it works ok maybe consider this if performance becomes an issue. Suppose to handle youtube videos better:

    The base video gallery the video uploading requires would provide the functionality we want, and it would be necessary for the uploader anyway. No idea whether it'd be better or worse than the stock xf gallery you also have to purchase.

    I'm against most posts, most likes, and the Warn Thread. No significant oppositions to the rest.

    Please do get the media bb codes pack, that also allows video embedding, through direct thread bb code usage instead of video directory.

    New user conversation is a new member auto-pm feature that gets wished for every so often, so please do.

    That's all I can remember at the moment and due to local issues I can't find the couple I liked, but I'll find them again later.
