    Well, its like this. My brother is pretty big noob, but he wants to play LoL. He says he is "pro katarina", because he scored a triple versus intro bots so he spams her on PvP. Now he wants to buy Lee Sin and i cant let someone play Lee Sin that bad.
    Im asking this because im not sure what will be OK champion he can play. Understood now? :pimp:
