    Beside what Steva said, try to play more PVP games, not vs bots, u will get more points there, also as usually u will get more points for win then lose, and also, longer games gives u more points

    Yea longer games will get you more ip,also don't forget to confirm your e-mail to riot and you'll get 4 win ip boost and try to get as many Fist wins of the day as you can ;)
