    They have almost same jungle clear time and... visit-all-lanes-potential, but...

    Shyvana is based on basic attacking and being close to target while she can't do anything except ultying to target or flashing to get closer which means she can get kited very easily....
    On other side Sejuani is great in catching her targets. Her slows and stuns are just brilliant and... she makes enemy split to different directions so allied team can catch them and kill them one-by-one.

    I mained both of them at some point, im not agree with croco in point of clear. Shyvana have much better clear than Seju, Seju have much better early game ganks and Shyv is really usseless before she hit lvl 6. I persoally prefer Shyv cause she have much more dmg and can be more ussefull in teamfights. Btv i would not play non of them in this meta :)
