    Veigar will probably get huge nerfs soon, but i pick LB, most of veigars power comes from prison, LB can poke him and get back so she dont get caught, that small delay on stun is enough for LB to escape

    Veigar in 1v1 and veigar anyway actually. veigar have huge stun and he can take out 1 player before he deal any dmg in teamfight.
