    Skarner for me. He still has one of highest win rates in ranked ( correct me if i'm wrong ). He is good in every part of game and he is good for duelling but also for fighting because with your ult you can make fight 4v5 if you ult enemy ADC or APC. In late game he becomes unkillable.

    Heacarim is TF champ with good dmg,Skarner can just do FLASH + ULT ADC(MID) and it all.:)
    Skarner have good combo with KALISTA.
    Heacrim have good combo with KATARINA,YASUO.
    For me HECA :D;)
