    I had that problem too,and the only way to fix it,its to reinstall ur windows,or try fixing the client :)

    Okay so dont try any like fps boosters that is bad
    Only thing you can do is restore you windows and install windows 10 for me it worked i had fps 60 now it is 120 :D

    I have problems too i see on youtube some tutorials and quides and clean too my laptop beacus i play games and .. on laptop i clean his proccesor graphic card clean viurs and now work good and my fps is big and good
