    Cho is off metta for me but he is strong. I would go for TF because he is more for helping your teammates to get back in the game than carring by himself. Cho can't roam that well so TF.

    Cho is much stronger. Tf is only good in the late game and only if the item has Kills good so I said before Cho :)

    I like Cho more, even if TF can be all over map, i like cho's sustain and good AOE dmg, also his ability to steal objective as awesome, because his ulty does more dmg then smite, if played tanky AP
