Just look Minion's when he is low hit him, "last hit"
when the enemy missing , in kill minion's that are currently on the lane, and go to the jungle and take some monster.

If you farm under the tower...The mele minion can be hit 2 times by the tower and then you hit it with a basic....the ranged....hit it let the tower hit it and then you hit it again...The canon minion can take 3,4 hits...he is a mater of perception...

How to last hit? A really good question! First try custom games without bots and take a champion you play frequently. After that WITHOUT using skills try to last hit. To make it easier you can take the butcher mastery and if your playing ap you can take ad marks. When you want to last hit a minion look at their hp and then at your ad. first try to have 100 minions at 20 mins, after you master that try to have 100 cs at 15 and after that at 12. Keep in mind that a good cs is 10minions/minute. When your last hitting under your tower wait for the tower to hit the melee minions twice before executing them. For casters wait for 1 tower hit then kill them. If your playing ap you will probably have to auto them once before the tower hit then executing them. Also when you hit the minion don't stand in place, move around that will make your enemies skillshots harder to land. Hope I helped!

 

THE BEST WAY : go to custom , pick a bot that goes bot lane and you go mid lane , and wait until minions spawn , and when u see a minon is low on health you basic attack them , VERY IMPORTANT : the caster minions that have range are easier to kill because their mr and armor is lower , and the fighter ones are more difficoult , and Siege minion aka Cannon minion is the most important because he is worth a lot of gold , Hope i helped you.

It is good for farm but if you are at start just let your minions to deal enemys minions and than u do last hit.

Just last hitting and freeze lane,if your oppoent recalled to base,you hard push as hard as you can ,and your oppoent will lose so many minions by his tower

 

I play support and jungler mostly, so am rly bad at farming. Because of that i use flat AD rune (mby even 10 AD), even on mages, i sacrifice some dmg at start, but over time it is worth it

 

I played Yasuo on mid and its very easy to farm.

Go in cutom game with ur favrie champ with no runes and masteries,and then buy no items,and go mid and farm till 20 mins and you will see the results

 

I think you just need to last hit every minion (that includes to disable auto attack),cause when you are attacking minions with basing you are pushing lane without reason and it's also harder too farm.And of course when you push lane there is also chance for enemy jungler to kill you is bigger.That's it you just need to learn how to last hit and you learned how to farm

 

Keeping your eye on enemy minions that are being attacked by allied minions and just attacking them once they are very low is last hitting and is not hard thing to do, once you learn it
