Vladimir vs Fizz?

Fizz got nerfed Vlad has potential to outplay whener he wants.

 

Vladimir if you know when too use pool,he is really good!

 

Vladimir has W to dodge Fizz's ult and E and Vlad would outpoke and outsustain Fizz so Vladimir.

 

I ought to Fizz win because of his passive W 50% lower heal but the prospect of Vladimir has a W when he went down there and be nice to avoid the E and R .... really good matchup but I would say that Fizz wins
