    For me lux much better, solid CCs, and huge dmg, also her shields are rly useful, lux can push away taliyah from lane, or if needed to, she can use ulty and keep clearing waves until her team get stronger, only thing that she need to watch is taliyah ulty cause she has low mobility

    Lux is better,higher range,more damage,better ultimate,taliyah only have more mobillity then lux.
