    In my opinion, no. It's not very expensive and avoids all the item shop non sense, I think that's a good model for the game.

    Why would they give it for free when they can earn lot of money on it, i doubt that any popular game like this will be suddenly free.
    Even it buy to play, its still cheaper then FTP games like LoL, at least for most of ppl, in CS u get free skins while in lol u need to buy everything.
    Fair price if u ask me

    Yeah,even without playing it... I would not expect these kind of games to be suddenly free. :). The price they have right now is decently fair indeed. I mean,look at doom! The game is worth the price anyway.

    No , current price for this kind of game is not expensive and with steam sales that happens all the time you can get it even cheaper.
    Going f2p will just be open invitation for hackers and cheaters and I am just against that.
    Btw cs1.6 and css never become free so I dont think they will do it with csgo.
