U can unlock this new hero only by recruiting a friend.
When u enter game and open friend list u will see new button who is used to see your referral link


After that send that referral link to your friend and when he get account lvl 20 (combined lvl of all heroes to be 20, example: mage, priest, warlock and warrior all to be lvl 5 ), u will get this new hero
After getting new hero every other friend that u recruit will give you 1 additional deck

I actually did this with 2 accounts and didnt get it, i dont know why, but ppl talking that they have some problem after patching (i was wondering why was my game updated again, after main update)

 

Any1 got this hero, i did this twice and nothing

 

I still didnt get this, i guess it was some kind of bug or something

 

All depend from friends, i know few ones that tried, but quit fast, because game isnt rewarding that much
