    ofc ,but i didnt ask that,if someone has the champion (which has only one skin),person didnt buy skin,and someone gift him mistery gift,and will he get that skin for that champion,bcs it is only skin for that champion

    There's a lot of people saying things such as: "Oh, thank you, Riot, what a useless skin for a champion I don't play." or "F*** you Rito. 10 years and we get only this???". And I don't get what is the problem with them? Riot gave you mistery champ and skin recently. They gave you hextech. They gave you RGM and a lot of other stuff and I still see people complaining... If you ask me, Riot is best game developer atm.

    they arent best game developer,but it is true that they gave a lot of things recently,since chinese bought them,they are better than before

    No. They didn't change after Tencent bought them. Tencent is just giving and taking % of money. They still have same people working for them and they have grown more because community has changed and they wanted to keep League of Legends as a best game of decade.

    I think riot said they will delay it for some people by the end of september, send riot a ticket if you don't recieve it by the end of the month
