    I can't get more than 60fps and my specs are:
    AMD Phenon II X4
    Nvidia 750ti
    8GB of RAM
    It's strange but i get more FPS in GTA V when i max almoust everything(I max everything in LoL too) :/

    If you have FPS problems turn off vsync, it boosts FPS by 30-40, at least for me and I don't even notice the difference visually so it's not even trading graphics for preformance, it's getting FPS without losing graphics (perfect)

    If you are from Europe, that cant be problem, its probably up to your internet connection, what internet do you have, type and speed ?
