    sejuani brings more damage, utility and crowd control in a team while still being tanky, eve is only good for early game pressure and she is a ticking time bomb

    They're all good. Maybe Sejuani have stun, but Evelin is invisible, has good ultimate and slows, so you can't run that so easy. I cannot decide here.
