    PVE : when you like to play just to have fun PVP isn' for you. PVP players spend tons of time hard grinding and money to have the best equipment to explode you.
    On the other hands PVE sometime lacks originality (allways monster killing, quest aren't allways very sophisticated : kill150 of this monster then go visit Joey which will ask you to kill 60monsters before giving you a ring that you have to bring to the top of Snoop Doggy Dog volcano to activate his power and bring it back to me)

    PVP is better in shooters while MMORPGs have to have PVE to last.

    I go for PVP. It's more thrilling to play against other players since most are unpredictable. No definite playing patterns unlike with PVE. Though PVE is enjoyable in terms of no rage quitters nor trash talkers, but I find it somewhat predictable

    It depends on game.
    You can't play game such as CS or WOT like PVE.
    PVP are usually competitive games, and PVE are fun games.

    PvP vs PvE phase only really matters in the open world....once you're in a duo / alert / raid it becomes irrelevant (you're in a PvE instance, grouped with people from whatever phase they happened to be in when the queue popped.). Same with entering into PvP matches.

    For me PvP, u can always predicted what will AI do next, all of them has some kind of rotation (spells, attacks) that u know that u can learn and get pass that, but with PvP, things are always different
