    Really looking forward to Splatoon 2, enjoyed the first one but didn't get to play as much as I would have liked... Switch makes that much easier. They also announced around a year of content updates and 2 years of splatfests, which is really great to hear ahead of time. Also seems pretty fair. Splatoon 2 will also bring the launch of Nintendo's online app and voice chat system... will be interesting to see how they work out.

    The downside is Splatoon 2 could be the last big Switch game until Mario Odyssey late October. Some confirmed games before then are Pokken which is a remaster from Wii U and Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle but neither are really huge triple AAA releases and certainly neither appeal to a wide audience.

    FIFA and NBA 2k18 are in the mix but again, not super wide appeal and it's possible they won't be up to par with other platforms. Fire Emblem Warriors is slated for Fall 2017 so it might slip in before Mario, that'd help break that up. Otherwise it will be on Indies to cover the next 3 months.

    Thankfully the end of the year is packed with Mario Odyssey, Skyrim and Xenoblade Chronicles 2... which rounds out a solid launch year, tho 2018 is looking pretty bare. Nintendo no doubt has more big titles for next year my only concern is they will all be late year games, we haven't seen much to cover the early year. This is Nintendo though, who knows. They can announce games at any time.

    Made my first forum sig yesterday. I'm trying to make the image part of my signature a .gif but I'm having some newbie difficulties in photoshop lol The shield around the armored dragon is supposed to sparkle and then fade away then repeat. I'll fix it tonight

    Came home from work to find my cat is poorly 1 eye is stuck shut and she not meowing like normal had to call the vets and make a apointment for her the next day

    Had some fun with the Flat Awesome dark theme but now I switched to light. Trophy points still don't appear on threads but at least the Thread status: "Not open for further replies" is more visible using this one.
