I don't think so, especially games like Minecraft.

Maybe some games (not that I can think of any), but I think many games contribute to the imagination.

It is opposite for me, video games can expand child's imagination. Well it really depends on interests of the player and what game is being played. Little Big Planet is one game that comes to mind that can expand imagination considering it encourages creativity.

    I dont believe they do...

  10. It really does depend on the game, but I do think there are games that ruin a child's imagination. I'm mostly talking about horror games and games not suitable for children since those games paint a bad image on the youth. Games where you create things or explore are great for a child's imagination though, and even some role-playing games.

Very true, some gun games and horror games can really affect a childs imagination amongst their perception of the world.

Very true, yet some of the add-ons can isn't really efficient in 'learning' to be creative since some of the mods are mainly creations of previous games.

I even think games improve a child's creativity, decision making, reflexes and teamwork. Well, depends on the game played actually

I think it's the opposite, games could enhance one's imagination or intellect. Especially sandbox games
