So which one is the New Intro? The Old One or the New One?

If you leave the new Intro and skip the quests, then I don't think you can return, or maybe you have to visit the Travel Crystal to get back to the tutorial. I think it's confusing for new players if they somehow left the map while learning about the game. Besides, the old intro is still available for all players. Also they forgot to change the description of the items rewarded from Artix's quest in Battleon to reflect the changes. I also though the intro was a bit random with little explanation: you're dead in Death's Lair and you've forgotten all about your past.

 

Other thing I wonder is how they'll reorganize stuff from the old intro and implement it elsewhere. I think have two or more intros would just be very confusing, particularly for new players who have no idea of the game. I mean, that's just considering the perspective of new players. If they remove the old intro, they'll have to place the items in those maps somewhere.

Rest in peace old intro, you will be missed. New intro is really good and it attracts people more compared to old one so i guess some sacrifices are worth it in the end.

 

You can still do /join introbattle, /join introkeep, and /join introcastle to get there. Pretty sure it's removed on the travel menu, but not from join commands.

 

Well, they will be removed from join commands too eventually. Kinda strange that they didn't remove them as they released the new intro knowing the fact that having the old intro is now redundant.
