    So Fallout 76 has been confirmed an online survival game. They confirmed you can play solo but it's not clear if you can play offline. It won't be 1000s or even 100s of players at once, they mentioned "dozens". You can team up with friends, build bases, complete quests, level up etc. All progress travels with you, whatever you're doing. Death doesn't mean progression loss. Your base can be destroyed and in fact, people will battle over collecting codes that when complete... allow you to nuke your opposition.

    The game will have a beta before launch so register for that ASAP if you're interested.
