    The thing is you can't predict stuff that will happen. It's like people in the 1900s predicting that the 2000s will have flying cars. You have to look at trends and see how that affects things. For instance, AQ3D's main push for moving to mobile was because gaming was already dominating the mobile market, and the game was a PC game in 2014 and 2015 till around 2016 when it started catering to mobile players by becoming cross-platform.

    I probably will be at least on and off. I have spend a lot of time with it already so I doubt that I will completely quit in the future.

    Hmm .. You can if youre sincere about the game.. Look at me xD I am playing aqw for 9 years !! Same for clash of clans and clash royale. I am loyal to the game I decided to play . you only need to online daily for this game like 1 hr a day ? . and if I am not busy I can play whole day ..

    It takes devotion to play a game for years. What makes an MMORPG (mostly) different from many other games is that other games tend to have multiple game series, rather than constant updates to one game. MMORPGs have to have constant updates (weekly or monthly depending on the game) to maintain success, and those updates determine whether a game is worth continuing playing or not. If it's the same game with the exact same features 5 years from now, maybe it wouldn't be worth playing, but if it's a game that's undergoing changes every month or so, then it may be worth playing. And in a way, AQ is like a series; you have people moving from AdventureQuest Classic to AdventureQuest Worlds, and people from AdventureQuest Worlds moving to AdventureQuest 3D. I doubt there'll be any AE game that will succeed AQ3D within 5 years though.

    Yeah, AQ3D is a big step forward and I don't see AE topping it either. We keep playing to see if it's worth it to play in future. I do hope the experiences AE has had with making games will make AQ3D a great MMORPG to play and enjoy.

    I made this thread way back 2017 and its 2018 now .. So now 2018 will come to an end.. New year coming 2019 .. It's already passed 2 years !! 3 more years to goooo !! Happy new year everyone:)

    seeing how aqw improve for past years ... I am expecting more in aq3d since AEteam had experienced to do it.. But there manpower decreased when miltonius leave the team !
