    Hey, guys. When I joined this site I mentioned we were working on a $40k animated TV pilot in the Adult Swim style titled "Four Tanks and a Healer". The Well, the voicework was done a couple of months ago and animation is underway.

    The cartoon takes place inside an MMORPG and it's centered around... four tanks and a healer. They work together as a group, partly to defy the other players who get angry that they aren't playing with a proper team, and partly because they're becoming close friends. It's a straight comedy, with some awesome fantasy action from rat men to beholders to dragons, etc. It's done in a rough, simple 2D style that fits the modest, almost depressing reality of the game. Best of all, I finally am able to post a screenshot. I remember the guys on this forum telling me to post this in the "Upcoming" section, so here ya go.

    4Reelz.com is our site, tho it's still new. I figured you guys would dig this.

    In this pic, the "Four Tanks" are receiving their next quest from "The Quest Bot".

    Is this going to be a game or just a cartoon? It might belong more in Ogres Breakfast if its not a game.

    haha, that's the point. THey have to keep finding ways to defeat different scenarios using four tanks and a healer. They stay together mostly to prove the assholes who tell them it's impossible wrong.

    Looks pretty sweet..Keep up the good work..I love Anima. I did 2 years of it when I was in college.. I signed for 4 years of it and payed alot of money for the schooling, But unfortunly around that time in my life I had family members dropping like flies. So the money I had save for the last 2 years got spent on Airline tickets and such to be at there funerals. So I had to drop out unfortunly.

    I don't get it. With the defense strength of 4 tanks and the support of one healer, shouldn't that have alot of survivability and some success? I don't know alot about RPG stats.

    Tanks are more defensive than offensive, and usually very muscle based, meaning magic attacks and just general offence is low. They are meant to be a shield, getting hit a ton. A healer would back them up also, so without a way to kill things, they can expect some long fights...

    Yeah, 4Reelz.com... though the animator just got a 2 month extension.

    The most recent animation that's been finished is a scene where the main characters are fighting their first "boss"... a rat man. Pretty cool.
