UO... oldschool

    Installing Ultima Online for the first time in ten years. Gonna play on the free "Hybrid" shard with my gf. This should be interesting.

    Since we're working on the animated pilot that takes place inside an MMORPG, I'll get plenty of ideas haha. Out of all the mmo's I've played, I think UO is the funnest.

    It does have a lot still. I actually think it is more fun than WoW, and it has a cooler vibe. I had a lot of fun with Warcraft, but it started to feel really, really repetetive. UO was kind of the first one with real freedom to me. A level 5 can outsmart a level 99 and take his money. you can be pickpocketed, you can be looted and screwed over. It's not as safe as WoW and I kinda like that.

    How have the graphics improved? I hope it doesn't look like it used to because many Facebook games look better than old UO.
